Important: Valid for FRIDAY thru SUNDAY. This gives the ticket holder admission onto the Air Show grounds AND access to the Captain Jennifer Casey Media & Photographer Centre within the Air Show grounds from FRIDAY to SUNDAY.
During access to the Air Show grounds for "Practice Day" Friday when performers will be practicing throughout the day and many other aircraft will be arriving on-site during that same time, photographers will be required to check-in and will be escorted on the grounds in the same fashion as any attending Media that day.
For both days of the Air Show (Saturday & Sunday), they will have access for the entire day to the Media & Photographers Centre which is located close to Show Centre along the Crowd Line. The entry tent to the Area will also have access to power via a generator, so to help supplement any equipment charging requirements that ticket holders may have. The Area will also have direct access to a dedicated washroom within the Area so that ticket holders can avoid sometimes lengthy waits in the General Admission area.
The organizers will do their best to ensure the area remains free from viewing obstructions, however this cannot be guaranteed at all times due to operational requirements.
Parking details for the various days and other specifics will be sent out to all "Shutterbug" ticket holders by our Media & Public Relations Director at the same time as the information is sent to members of the media attending the Show, which is generally at the start of the week of the Air Show. Please note that due to the nature of Practice Days, times CAN be subject to change. Any such changes will also be communicated to you at that time and through the week if necessary.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If first arriving on Friday, your Photographer Pass Badge must be picked up from the Media & Public Relations Director upon presentation of your ticket. If you do not arrive for the first time until Saturday or Sunday, you will be required to present your ticket at the Media Check-In & Info Tent located just outside the Main Gate. There, you will pick-up your Photographer Pass Badge there which will get you onto the grounds AND into the Media & Photographers Centre.

Air Display begins APPROXIMATELY 12 noon each day and expected to end by 4 pm
It is IMPORTANT to remember that the earlier a ticket is bought, the less expensive it will be. As more tickets are sold, the price will gradually rise. So don't wait too long to purchase your tickets, as it is very possible this year we may SELL OUT!
